Shipping Policy

BOSHshop ships to all UK addresses.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times: As we work with international suppliers, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. In some cases delivery may take up to 21 business days during busy periods. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders over £30. A small shipping fee may apply to orders under £30, calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at isaacsullivan@icloud.com and we'll investigate straight away.
