Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase from BOSHshop.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at isaacsullivan@icloud.com before sending anything back — we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain pet care and grooming items cannot be returned once opened. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
