🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. As we work with international suppliers, some items may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 may incur a small shipping fee at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

📦 Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at isaacsullivan@icloud.com if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please get in touch with us and we'll investigate straight away. We're committed to making sure every order reaches you.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How do I request a refund?

Simply email us at isaacsullivan@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're really sorry if this happens! Please email us with a photo of the damaged item and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes — all products we stock are selected with your pet's safety and wellbeing in mind. If you have any specific concerns about a product, feel free to get in touch before purchasing.

Do you restock sold-out products?

Yes, most products are regularly restocked. If something you want is unavailable, feel free to contact us and we'll let you know when it's back.
